• Sapa weather can change quickly; activities may be adjusted to suit weather and local conditions.
• Accommodation in Ninh Binh is a standard hotel with a private bathroom. The selected hotel star category applies to the Sapa hotel only.
• Transportation from Sapa to Ninh Binh will be arranged by Dcar Limousine or sleeper bus, depending on seat availability and the supplier’s arrangement.
• At O Quy Ho Pass (Day 3), guests can choose to visit either Fairy Valley or the Glass Bridge. Entrance tickets for both attractions are not included and must be paid at guests’ own expense. Guests will have around 1 hour to explore, take photos, and enjoy the scenery. Any optional activities, café visits, food, and drinks are also self-paid. Afterward, the group will meet again at O Quy Ho and return to Sapa together.
• After breakfast on Day 4, guests may choose 1 of 3 available activities: Fansipan Cable Car, Alpine Coaster, or Lao Chai – Ta Van Trekking. Fansipan Cable Car and Alpine Coaster tickets are not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately.
• This tour does not include tickets for Fansipan Cable Car, Fairy Valley, Glass Bridge, and Ban Mong Alpine Coaster. These activities are optional and will be paid by guests directly if they wish to join.
• Services already provided are non-refundable if changes occur due to weather, road conditions, attraction closures, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
• An extra holiday surcharge of VND 700,000 per person (3-star), VND 1,400,000 per person (4-star), or VND 1,650,000 per person (5-star) applies for travel on Dec 21 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 28, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 1 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 13 to Apr 17, 2027; Apr 27 to May 3, 2027; and Aug 30 to Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site.
