You can even tour the voice and dance training rooms, as well as the recording and music video studios. The prime spot in all of SMTOWN is definitely the theatre where you can catch floating hologram performances of bestselling K-Pop artists like EXO, TVXQ, Super Junior and f(x). You’ll feel like you’re actually watching a live concert!

AWESOME! I have gone to the live concert, and rewatching it again is surround viewing is amazing! Its important to get a good seating area. The middle part is just nice. Not my first time watching Surround viewing, but still enjoyable each show/time. LOVE!
Redemption was a breeze. Just show the voucher to the ticket counter. Suggest going at least 15 minutes earlier so you can select good seats. It’s always great to have variety with your itinerary and a day of kpop does it for me. Audio and visuals are superb and it actually feels like you’re in the concert.
SM Town has holographic concert tickets and different floors to visit and purchase products. If you are tired from shopping, there is a cafe where you can sit and rest.

Very quick way to book the ticket. Just need to show the code to the staff in coex mall and get the ticket easily. will definitely buy the concert ticket in klook again
Perfect place for your teens and young at heart. Lots of activities.
I am giving 5 stars for shinee concert but the korean staffs are rude. the services dont deserve 5 stars. only 2 stars.
This was so much fun! I booked it after visiting the SM musieum the first time, i saw many people who were leaving the venue and they looked like they enjoyed it so i came back another day. the theater wasn't too crowded, they sold the lightsticks at a small kiosk outside. Definitely a good experience to have if you are a fan, especially if you can't go to a real concert.

Really easy and convienent, also cheaper. only downside is that you won't get to choose your seats online, but only when you go there to collect your tickets. but it's fine the seats aren't bad anyways regardless! i'd suggest getting near to the screen so you can get a nice full view
