• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. Our company is not responsible for customers who arrive after the bus has departed, so please keep this in mind.
• Customers participating in the day tour should try to avoid making advance reservations for dinner or other activities, especially if they have a flight on the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if traffic jams prevent you from attending your reserved dinner or other activities on time, or if you miss your flight as a result. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• When large taxis or minibuses are running, the sightseeing driver will provide an introduction for you, rather than a tour guide. The corresponding languages are Chinese and Japanese.
• The Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances. If a suspension occurs, as an alternative plan, we will visit the 38th floor of Sapporo Station to experience the night view.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group hosts guests from Japan and overseas, so the tour guide will provide explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday schedules or limited visiting hours at various facilities, it may be necessary to arrive at the next attraction early or shorten the duration of the trip.
• During busy nighttime hours, special ropeway services will be prioritized based on the number of people to reduce waiting times, making it easier for you to enjoy the night view of Mt. Moiwa.
• Cable Car Ticket Package - Mt. Moiwa Night View Experience includes two cable car tickets (foot of the mountain station cable car + summit mini cable car), allowing you to easily go to the summit observation deck to enjoy the Sapporo night view.
• Special arrangement during Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival ※ From January 31 to February 23, 2027, due to the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival, part of the stay duration and return schedule for this tour will be adjusted for a limited time. During the event, this tour will visit the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival venue, and the stay duration at Lake Shikotsu will be adjusted to approximately 90 minutes. ※ Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival admission tickets are not included in the tour fee, please purchase tickets on-site by yourself. Please refer to the latest official announcements and on-site prices of the Ice Festival for the actual ticket prices. Reference prices are as follows: · Weekdays: Adults (junior high school students and above) 1,000 yen/person, elementary school students and below free · Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays: Adults (junior high school students and above) 3,000 yen/person, elementary school students and below free
• January 31 to February 23, 2027: Mt. Moiwa Special Arrangement * From January 31 to February 23, 2027, due to schedule adjustments during the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival, the following special arrangements will be in place upon arrival at Mt. Moiwa. [Guests wishing to take the Mt. Moiwa ropeway] Upon arrival at Mt. Moiwa, the tour guide will assist guests in redeeming their ropeway tickets and provide boarding instructions. After ticket redemption and instructions are completed, guests are free to take the ropeway, tour Mt. Moiwa, and enjoy the Sapporo night view at their own pace, without having to follow the group's unified departure time. Guests who choose to take the ropeway are requested to return to downtown Sapporo on their own after the night view tour concludes. A free shuttle bus to the vicinity of the Sapporo Streetcar station is available at Mt. Moiwa for guests to use independently. Any subsequent transportation costs incurred by taking the Sapporo Streetcar or other public transportation back to downtown Sapporo must be borne by the guests. [Guests not wishing to take the Mt. Moiwa ropeway] If you do not wish to take the Mt. Moiwa ropeway on the day, please inform the tour guide in advance. Guests who do not take the ropeway can continue on the original bus back to downtown Sapporo and get off at the Sapporo TV Tower, with no need to arrange their own return transportation. * Please note that once you choose to take the Mt. Moiwa ropeway and disembark to participate in the night view activities, you will generally be considered as choosing to return to downtown Sapporo on your own. The bus will not return to Mt. Moiwa to pick you up after the night view tour ends. Please check in advance and arrange your return time accordingly. * The above special return arrangements for Mt. Moiwa are only applicable from January 31 to February 23, 2027. Departure dates on other dates will generally follow the normal itinerary and return arrangements stated on the product page.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
