Only 6 people participated that day, so a smaller vehicle was dispatched. With fewer people, everyone managed their time quite well. If you want to visit the aquarium but don't have a car, I highly recommend joining this day tour; it's very convenient.
The itinerary was indeed very good, and our tour guide, Qian Duoduo, was extremely dedicated and deserves high praise! However, the stop at Kouri Island was a bit too short.
Although the day tour we joined this time was indeed more relaxed and unhurried, the variety of attractions was slightly lacking. While more time was allocated for the aquarium and Aeon, it was actually quite difficult to get any shopping done (because just waiting in line to check out at the popular Pokémon Center took 30 minutes). In the future, for day tours, I will probably still choose itineraries with more activities, as they feel more worthwhile.
Slow travel enthusiasts rejoice! No rushing, no hustling. Enjoy seaside moments on Kouri Island, immerse yourself in the aquarium, relax at the observation deck, and shop with ease at Aeon Mall. The classic northern Okinawa route is definitely worth it! Kouri Island's blue waters are crystal clear, the whale shark interaction at the aquarium is amazing, and the ocean views from the observation deck are incredible. Aeon Mall is great for browsing and shopping. Highly recommend!
I fell in love with this tour on my first visit to Okinawa. Kouri Island's blue skies and ocean are absolutely stunning, and the aquarium is huge and diverse, allowing plenty of time to admire all sorts of marine life. The observation deck is relaxing and comfortable, with breathtaking views. All in all, it's a complete package of food, fun, and entertainment—a whole day surrounded by beauty!
