On the day of the trip, the bus was already waiting at the designated spot early, and the return trip was very punctual. The driver was very safe and enthusiastic. I visited a shopping outlet not far from Seoul and arrived before opening time. It was a great idea because it was less crowded at first. I also received a coupon on the shuttle bus and used it for a discount while shopping, which was a nice bonus. The shuttle bus back had plenty of seats, so the return trip was very comfortable.

The bus arrangement was super convenient, with a handy pick-up location. Staff handed out discount coupons, and there was plenty of time. The bus departed Myeongdong at 8:40 AM and returned at 5:00 PM, allowing for a leisurely stroll around the outlet. We arrived back in the city around 6:30 PM, leaving time for shopping and dinner.

it was a fuss free experience getting to and from Paju outlet which had a large number to stores with fairly good discounts. we finished shopping early and went to the lounge but was told that our klook QR code was not the one that allows us free access to the lounge…it would’ve been embarrassing to walk out but thankfully the lady at the counter was kind enough to let us in to rest and we were entitled to the free drinks anyway.

I highly recommend this Paju Premium Outlets shuttle tour! The meeting point was easy to find, the shuttle was on time, the driver provided excellent service, and the ride was very comfortable. Taking the shuttle directly from Seoul meant I didn't have to transfer between the subway and bus myself, which is perfect for independent travelers. The outlet is large with many brands, and there was plenty of time for shopping. I bought several items I really liked. I'd definitely plan this again on my next trip to Korea!
