Learn the Wisdom of Snow Country: Earthen-Floor Cooking
~Uonuma Flavors Cooked Over a Traditional Kamado Stove with a Local Cuisine Master~ Step through ryugon’s gate and turn right to find the old-fashioned earthen-floor space. There, a kamado stove used for over 50 years still serves its purpose today, while the faint scent of pickles drifts through the air, creating a quintessential rural atmosphere.
