At 8-00 PM, I arrived at the meeting point specified in your email and waited there. No one showed up. After that, I received a message from some one, saying that they were waiting for me at a different location and that the travel agency had provided the wrong meeting point. This mistake was entirely on your side. I waited for 30 minutes at the location you instructed me to go to, then had no choice but to leave. This completely ruined my evening in Tokyo. After 10 days I still waiting for refund.
