Reviews summaryKaylee was very organized and detailed in her communication to us for the tour. I thank her for being so prompt and quick in responses. Trang was our tour guide. She was so bubbly and fun, explained the history and meaning behind locations we went to so well, and made our small group tour so meaningful. This was such a highlight of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend this tour. I enjoyed every part of it. FYI -mua cave is quite steep. I like how Trang warned us to not push ourselves. My parents are seniors now and could only go 3/4 of the way up Mua Cave but they still had a great time! The views are spectacular. Very accommodating company!!
This was one of the best day trips we have ever taken. Everything from start to finish was seamless. The pick-up in Hanoi was on time, the bus was comfortable, and the journey felt easy and smooth. Visiting Bai Dinh Pagoda was breathtaking, so peaceful and impressive in scale. The boat ride in Trang An was magical, drifting through caves and stunning limestone landscapes that felt like something out of a dream. Climbing up Mua Cave was a challenge but the view at the top was absolutely worth it – truly unforgettable. Lunch was another highlight. The buffet had plenty of delicious options and we felt really well taken care of throughout the day. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole trip engaging and stress-free. We absolutely highly recommend this tour operator and this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. If you want a smooth, well organized and beautiful adventure, this is the one to book.
This tour was amazing! I was amazed by how well-planned the tour was, the places included in the tour were jaw-drapping! I particularly enjoyed Hang Mua and Trang An, the 2 hour river boat tour was very relaxing, and the view from the peak of Hang Mua overlooking the hills and rivers were spectacular. I also appreciate how there was another option for people who did not want to climb the peak, my parents were able to take a tour of Hoa Lu. The buffet lunch was good too and it was included in the tour. Our guide Lee was very informative and knowledgable on the topics and history of Bai Dinh Temple, he also lead and guided all of us really well throughout the whole tour. Overall we really recommend everyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh to try this tour!
We had a fantastic day visiting Bai Dinh, Trang An, and Mua Cave. The itinerary was really well-paced and we had plenty of time at each stop to explore without feeling rushed. The Trang An boat ride was a highlight, and the views from Mua Cave were absolutely worth the climb. The buffet lunch was also a pleasant surprise—lots of variety and everything we tried was tasty. The bus was clean and comfortable, which made the journey easy, and our guide, Lee, was friendly, informative, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the day. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-organised tour!
This "Trang An & Bai Dinh, Hang Mua" day trip #kaylee was truly an unforgettable experience! The itinerary was perfectly planned, seamlessly blending breathtaking natural landscapes with rich cultural history, leaving a lasting impression. First, I was amazed by the stunning beauty of Trang An. The majestic mountains and ancient temples blended harmoniously, and the feeling of sailing through the river was like stepping into a movie scene. The sacred atmosphere of Bai Dinh Pagoda was equally fascinating, providing a peaceful and reflective experience. The hike in Hang Mua was definitely a highlight. Climbing to the top, my friends and I were rewarded with a panoramic view of the entire region – truly awe-inspiring! The scenic beauty was simply breathtaking, making it hard to leave. The tour guides were knowledgeable and shared fascinating insights into local history and culture. Their engaging commentary made the journey even more enriching and enjoyable. Overall, this trip was a perfect combination of nature, culture, and adventure. It not only gave me a deeper understanding of the local heritage but also filled me with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to explore Vietnam more intimately!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! My mom who’s 69 y/o were able to walk through the bai dinh pagoda trip which is 7-8km with minimal flight of stairs. Our guide, Linh, is gracious and patient enough to wait for us because of us being a bit slow than the whole group and my mom’s hypertension. You need to buy the electric car ride ticket about 100,000vnd for going from the parking to the entrance gate. I thought it will be for the whole pagoda ride but it is just from the entrance to the official temple entrance. So be ready for that 7-8km walk. (route point: 7-8-9-10-11-12-37) On Trang An, it is so beautiful. We had the 2hr boat ride. Be prepared with your sun protection. Though the boat has their own big umbrella. SUNSCREEN IS A MUST SO YOU WON’T GET SUNBURN. It was cloudy when we were on the boat but still, UV rays!! And lastly, the Mua Cave! We did not intent to hike. We just enjoyed the lotus season!! IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL! NINH BINH IS A MUST TRY LOCATION! We did enjoyed the trip from 7AM to 8PM!
I booked this tour 4 days before my scheduled date. Immediately after my booking confirmed, Hinnie contacted me to confirm my booking details and explain all the other things related to the tour so nicely. Our itinerary is workshop of disable people, Bai Dinh Pagoda, lunch buffet, Trang An, Mua Cave with a nice minibus. This package haven't include boogie car fee inside Bai Dinh (mandatory). And for Bai Dinh we only go around Arhat corridors to stop in 2 temples. For lunch buffet there's no halal menu though it might be okay if you go for vegetarian diet. Trang An experience is such a good value for money, you could experience all the breath taking mountains and stalactites caves with 3-5 people boats. So plenty of chances for taking nice pictures. And for Mua caves there's several options catering to your different condition. Bringing hat/umbrella and fans is a must! Overall, my experience in Trang An worth every penny I paid for this trip.
Great day trip to Ninh Binh. Everything was well organized. Guide tour contact me via whatsapp day before. They can pick up and drop you in old quarter/hanoi opera house.
Originally, we were scheduled for the White Temple and Chang'an tour, but it turned out we had to wait for about an hour in the village before Wolong Mountain for tourists who were joining the Wolong Mountain tour. Luckily, there was a massage parlor nearby, so we had a good hour of rest. When the big bus came back to pick us up, the other tourists on the bus were exhausted, but for us, this rest was actually more suitable, haha. I also want to commend the experienced tour guide, who had a good understanding of the local history, culture, and the perspectives of the indigenous residents. They distributed raincoats before the heavy rain started, and just as we put them on, a strong passing shower arrived. This foresight and preparation helped lighten the burden for tourists, and even with the unstable weather, the guide continued to explain everything with a smile.
Great trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi, the whole itinerary was smooth and painless. Great memories were made thanks to the natural beauty of the landscapes and the historic sites.
