Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Pick-up information
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
- The operator will contact you via the Messenger app around 21:30 the day before departure to confirm your pick-up time and location. Please check your messages during this period.
- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
Meet-up information
- Make sure to arrive on time
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time
- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

- Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Free for 01 child/booking with age 04 and below as long as they will not occupy separate seats. A child ticket will be required for each additional child
