What to expect
Tsum Valley Trek begins in Kathmandu and follows a scenic drive to Soti Khola, the starting point of the trek. The trail ascends along the Budhi Gandaki River through lush forests, deep gorges, and traditional villages such as Machha Khola and Jagat, entering the Manaslu Conservation Area.
The trail enters the sacred Lower and Upper Tsum Valley, passing through Chumling and Chhokangparo, trekkers enjoy spectacular views of Ganesh Himal and Himalchuli. The route reaches Nile and Chhule, with visits to spiritual highlights like Milarepa Piren Phu Cave, Mu Gompa, and Rachen Gompa
The return journey descends through Dumje, Philim, and Tatopani, showcasing changing landscapes and local village life. The trek concludes at Soti Khola and returns to Kathmandu.
