No refunds will be provided. • If you have already exchanged your ticket for a wristband, you may apply to reschedule your visit on-site. No refunds will be provided. For guests holding physical tickets, please contact the ticket issuing unit to arrange for rescheduling. Should the No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone warning signal be hoisted before the activity commences, the activity will be suspended until the signal is lowered, with operations resuming within two hours after the signal’s removal. If the signal remains in effect until 4:00 PM, the activity will be suspended for the entire day. If the Hong Kong Observatory announces the issuance of the No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone warning signal during the activity, the activity will be suspended immediately upon the conclusion of the ongoing session. Operations will only resume after the signal is lowered. Should the signal remain in effect until 4:00 PM, the activity will be suspended for the entire day. In the event that the Hong Kong Observatory issues the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or higher during the activity, the activity will be suspended until the warning is lifted. Should the warning remain in effect until 4:00 PM, the activity will be suspended for the entire day.
