cool tour to see and experience the hanging temple but the guide could have been clearer on the transport options for diff groups at the end of the tour as diff groups went for diff itinerary.
I'm a foreigner non-Chinese speaker, but I still booked this chinese language tour anyway because going to these places without a private car and as a solo traveler is too much of a hassle. The travel consultant, Maggie, was very polite and friendly. The planning went smooth and she answers all questions quickly. Meanwhile, our guide, 彭瑜晏, was very patient with me and assisted me all throughout the tour. She even managed to buy me tickets for entering the Hanging Temple. All in all, I enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it to everyone!
It was difficult for me, as a Korean, to complete this itinerary alone in one day, so I booked a Chinese tour. I left my KakaoTalk ID when booking through Klook, but received no contact. The day before the tour, I found the travel agency's information on Klook and added them on WeChat, and from then on, the communication was very friendly and helpful. This tour is a great value, allowing you to visit the Hanging Temple, Mount Hengshan summit, and the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda at an affordable price. The Mount Hengshan cable car requires an additional 140 RMB for a round trip and 20 RMB for the shuttle, which can be paid to the guide via WeChat. Please note that the entrance ticket for the Hanging Temple (to go inside) must be purchased separately. However, it's difficult to buy the ticket, and with only an hour allocated for the Hanging Temple, you likely won't be able to see the interior. Just viewing it from the outside should be sufficient. The guide explained things in Chinese, which I couldn't understand as I don't speak Chinese. You should research the history and key points of interest beforehand. I recommend this tour to Korean independent travelers.
