1. The exclusive private car package does not include a tour guide. The driver can only provide brief explanations and ticketing services. If you need tour guide services, please select a package according to your needs.
2. Choosing the Yongqingfang ancient-style makeup and styling experience: Includes costume change and makeup/styling.
3. Choosing the Yongqingfang ancient-style travel photography experience: Includes 1 set of clothing, 1 styling, digital negatives (40 photos), retouched digital negatives (8 photos), and photography (accompanying shoot for 45 minutes to 60 minutes).
4. Please note: The Chen Clan Academy is closed on Tuesdays (changed to visiting: Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall).
5. The driver can communicate in simple English when necessary (using English translation software or WeChat translation).
6. For foreign tourists without a Mainland China mobile phone number, please contact customer service one day before departure and provide a screenshot of the WeChat QR code to add customer service.
7. Other contact methods are not supported for now; we will inform you of the itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations via WeChat.
8. Please note that the driver also acts as the driver and guide, but cannot accompany you on sightseeing or provide guided tour services.
9. The private car driver is mainly responsible for pick-up and drop-off, and cannot handle itinerary explanations, guided tours, or finding parking spaces. If you want a better touring experience, it is recommended to select a package with tour guide services.

Travel Tips Guangzhou Tram

1. Supports Yangcheng Tong, transportation cards, and WeChat / Alipay ride codes.
2. Do not extend your head, hands, or items out of the windows during the entire trip. It is strictly forbidden to carry flammable, explosive, dangerous goods, sharp weapons, oversized and overweight luggage; pets are prohibited (except guide dogs).

4. Real-name reservation + swipe ID card to enter the park; entry is not allowed without a reservation / ID.
5. Flash photography, tripods, and drones are prohibited; taking photos and videos is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition halls (including cultural relic exhibition areas).
6. Open flames, eating and drinking in the park, pets (except guide dogs), flammable and explosive items, sharp oversized items, and aerial photography equipment are prohibited.

Flammable and explosive materials, controlled knives, dangerous goods, drones, tripods, professional photography equipment, pets (except guide dogs), snacks and beverages (sealed water allowed, eating forbidden inside the main building), alcoholic drinks, open flames, chewing gum, slippers, vests, and revealing clothing are strictly prohibited for entry.
