Event Arrangements in Case of Adverse Weather Conditions
- When a tropical cyclone warning/rainstorm warning signal/extreme conditions are issued, please pay attention to radio and television reports regarding the latest weather situation.
- In the event of adverse weather, the event arrangements are as follows: (a) If the No. 8 or above tropical cyclone/black rainstorm warning signal/extreme conditions are lifted between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, the activities after 1:00 PM will proceed as originally scheduled. (b) If the No. 8 or above tropical cyclone/black rainstorm warning signal/extreme conditions are lifted after 12:00 PM, all activities will be canceled.
- If the event is canceled due to the issuance of a tropical cyclone/rainstorm warning signal/extreme conditions, the organizer will issue the following special arrangements, and the public will no longer be allowed to enter, including but not limited to the following: (1) Booth dismantling (2) Storage arrangements
- Exhibitors and the public will be required to leave the site immediately. The organizing unit will notify the affected booths for alternative arrangements.
