Before departure, we were told that due to the wind, snorkeling the next day would be moved to a nearby location, which made us a bit hesitant at first. Later, our guide, Halu-san, provided extremely attentive guidance, leading our non-swimming daughter all the way to the sea turtles' home and watching a sea turtle swim right beside us. We were truly thrilled. Afterward, because my daughter was shivering from the cold, Halu-san even took off her own thermal gear to keep my daughter warm. We are deeply grateful. Halu was very friendly and professional from the moment she picked us up from the hotel and through out the experience. Myself and my husband are not the strongest swimmers but she made us feel very comfortable and safe, always checking on all the participants and commicating with all of us very well. If you are in Ishigaki only for few days make sure you get to experience snorkeling with Halu as it's unforgettable experience. Thank you Halu for today, you are the best x

Because of the bad weather, we moved to a different spot for snorkeling. The guide was extremely kind, and the alternative spot had great weather and was very spacious. As soon as we went in, a truly beautiful sea unfolded before us, and my friends who came with me said they had a wonderful time throughout the whole schedule. Of course, we were able to see sea turtles as well. We got to see one come up for air right in front of us. It was truly enjoyable. Thank you.

When you arrive at the sea turtle area, you don't have to wait; you'll see them right away, and up close. The water is very clear, with lots of beautiful underwater scenery. When I booked this, I had to choose a pickup spot in the southern area near the city. However, if possible, waiting at the Yonehara Beach entrance would be much better, because if you drive yourself there, you can decide when to shower before leaving. I was driven back to the pickup spot by the tour leader, so I didn't get to shower. You might want to check if your hotel is within the pickup area.

I’m from Taiwan and only speak basic English, but communication was not a problem at all! Before snorkeling, our instructor clearly explained the safety rules, how to use the equipment, the correct posture, and what to be careful about. During the activity, he also checked on everyone regularly, which made us feel very safe. We joined the 10:30 AM session on September 23. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go to the Blue Cave because of the weather, but we still saw many sea turtles and lots of different fish. It was an amazing experience and definitely worth it! A special thank you to our instructor, Hito! He took care of all eight of us, checked on everyone, and also took many photos for us. He was very kind, patient, and attentive. If I visit Ishigaki again, I would definitely join again! Hito is good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was so wonderful!! Yuki led the tour in such a calm and wonderful way! Even though I'm not a strong swimmer, Yuki guided me well, went to every turtle spot, and took great photos and videos for us, which I loved! Since it was mid-October, the water wasn't freezing, but after being in it for about an hour, I got a little chilly toward the end ㅠㅠ. I recommend wearing a long-sleeved rash guard! I really, really recommend this tour!! Yuki is the best 👍👍👍

Thanks to our guide, Tatchan, I met a sea turtle for the first time in my life and made unforgettable memories! There were three of us in our group, and one person gave up on snorkeling. I can't swim, and I felt bad for delaying the tour group because of me. However, our guide took charge from beginning to end, holding my hand and leading me, so we were able to finish safely. It must have been difficult for them, but thanks to their care, I wasn't scared, and I had the amazing experience of seeing a sea turtle, which I had always dreamed of, right before my eyes. I was truly grateful that the guide not only led us but also thoughtfully cared for each person, considering their individual situations. Without our guide, I would never have had such a wonderful experience. I'm sorry and thankful that Tatchan had such a hard time and struggled because of me!
