This escape room was very immersive, and the live actors were excellent, making the experience feel incredibly real. I definitely want to come back and try their other games!

Overall, the escape room had an interesting concept and some enjoyable puzzles, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lighting inside the room was quite poor in certain sections, which made it difficult to properly observe clues and affected the overall gameplay experience. In addition, the NPC interaction felt rather limited, especially considering the price we paid. We expected a more immersive experience with stronger engagement from the NPCs throughout the game. With better lighting and more interactive NPC involvement, the experience could be much more enjoyable and worth the price.

We played the "No Entry" escape room at Lost in KL (Sri Petaling). The game itself was enjoyable, with interesting puzzles and a decent level of challenge. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the session. However, we were disappointed because our booking was accidentally double-booked. As a result, our group had to play together with another group of strangers. This affected the overall experience, as escape rooms are usually more enjoyable when played exclusively with your own friends or family. While the game was still fun, the double-booking incident took away from the experience and made it feel less organized. I hope the management can improve their booking system to prevent similar situations in the future.
