What to expect
Experience Japanese culture through a sushi-making workshop in Harajuku, just minutes from Harajuku Station. In a studio decorated with tatami mats and samurai armor, you’ll learn how to prepare vinegared rice and choose ingredients before making your own hand-rolled sushi with tuna, salmon, shrimp, egg, and seasonal vegetables.
Wear a traditional happi coat and enjoy great photo opportunities. After the workshop, taste the sushi you created. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available, and instructors provide guidance in English and Japanese. Suitable for all ages, with children under 4 sharing a plate with a guardian.

We were able to make and eat three kinds of sushi, and a good amount of sushi was prepared. The sushi instructor spoke excellent English, which made communication easy, and above all, they were very kind. Highly recommended.
