What to expect
The dusk of Shendu casts a golden edge on the “First Gate of the Sui and Tang Dynasties.” As millennia-old rituals and music echo once again among the watchtowers, a cultural feast spanning the ancient and the modern—the “Luoyang Grand Integration: Yingtian Banquet”—is about to grandly open at Yingtian Gate. Once a sacred site where Wu Zetian ascended the throne and declared herself emperor, today we use history as our letter paper and culture as our ink, inviting you to attend this immersive grand event that integrates ancient charm and contemporary vitality, touching the diverse charm of Luoyang amidst the light and shadow of the palaces. The banquet area is themed around the “Yingtian Banquet.” All dishes are based on traditional Luoyang cuisine, incorporating the cultural characteristics of Silk Road gastronomy, rejecting cookie-cutter “imperial set meals.” You can taste the traditional, slowly-simmered hot dishes of the Luoyang Water Banquet, paired with Western Regions-flavored seasoned snacks, experiencing the culinary integration spectacle of the Sui and Tang dynasties where the “Silk Road connects to Shendu, and delicacies gather beneath the watchtowers.” On the stage, an exclusive cultural performance for Luoyang will be staged. Inheritors of Heluo Drum-Singing use their rich voices to tell the historical legends of Yingtian Gate. During the demonstration of the Tang sancai firing technique, artisans outline the glaze on-site, intuitively presenting the millennium-old charm of “Luoyang Sancai.” Meanwhile, a national-tide band interprets ancient-style music with modern arrangements, as traditional vocal styles and electronic melodies collide to spark unique sparks. When night falls, an exclusive 3D light show will make its grand finale, complementing the distant Mingtang and天堂 (Heavenly Hall) to form a cityscape picture scroll uniquely belonging to Luoyang.

Reviews
I don't recommend it; the food was really too delicious and not refined. The service staff's attitude wasn't very good either, and the performance was just okay. The food could be more refined, and there's a lot of room for improvement in the presentation; the most disappointing part was that the pastries were not good at all.
