What to expect
In a fun and easy 2-hour hands-on class, students can learn to make crispy on the outside and soft on the inside Hong Kong-style egg waffles. Instructor Fire Yau will demonstrate techniques such as batter ratio, heat control, and mold usage, and assist students from material preparation to completion. The workshop is beginner-friendly and no experience is required to participate. After completion, you can taste your own homemade egg waffles on the spot and experience the most authentic Hong Kong street flavor.

The instructor leads participants in completing the cooking process, creating a harmonious and interactive teaching atmosphere.
