Bought tickets online an hour before arrival, could choose a time slot to book, the fast lane was very convenient. Showed the ticket and a staff member guided me to the entrance.

Musee d'Orsay was a good well curated museum with a better art collection than the Lourve. However I would strongly advise against booking for tickets via Klook or their local partner zOcean. We booked on kLook for 4 timed tickets and were given more expensive open timing tickets (at 2 times the listed ticket price on the official Musee d'Orsay website). We were also given 3 tickets only (but were not refunded the 4th ticket even after appeal to Klook). Stay away and go through the official website!

horrible experience. Tickets I paid for ended up being tickets that were untimed, which meant a very long queue to get into the museum. on top of which, the tickets provided had already been used the day before and we were denied entry. would recommend against booking with this vendor.
