This time, we arranged for Mr. Tasheng to be our guide (excellent service!), and the experience was absolutely fantastic! Mr. Tasheng shared many interesting historical stories and geographical facts about Ishigaki Island, which was very engaging. Today, we took a glass-bottom boat in Hirakawa Bay, with its crystal-clear waters, to admire the beautiful coral reefs underwater, and we were lucky enough to see a group of sea turtles, which was thrilling! Mr. Tasheng also took us to many places with stunning views of Ishigaki Island. Ishigaki Island truly is a very beautiful place! We will definitely come back to visit again. We had a wonderful time today, and thank you, Mr. Tasheng, for taking us out!

Mr. Taira, our driver, was very friendly. The cruise schedule was delayed that day, and customer service proactively contacted me to coordinate the itinerary with the driver. It was my first time visiting Ishigaki Island, and under the driver's careful guidance, I was able to experience several famous attractions and also enjoyed a delicious fresh fish sashimi lunch at Kabira Bay. The total 6-hour itinerary was very fulfilling. The driver provided simple introductions to the surrounding environment while driving, making it very suitable for first-time visitors.

Our driver was very kind and even helped us book a yakiniku restaurant. He recommended delicious local businesses and took us to a special beach to explore and relax.

It's best to allow an extra half hour for pickup. We were scheduled for 2 PM, but didn't come out until 2:38 PM. The driver was punctual and already waiting for us in the parking lot. The driver confirmed our destination with us at the beginning and then drove us to Kabira Bay. It was quite a distance, a 40-minute drive one way, but the beach was truly beautiful. There were vendors at Kabira Bay selling mango ice cream. The private car service cost over 6,000 yen in total, but we only used it for 3.5 hours, so the value for money wasn't great. However, there are very few taxis on Ishigaki Island, so it's a good option for those who are in a hurry.

Along the way, the driver introduced some worthwhile sights and shops, helped us with ticket purchases and discounts upon arrival, and provided appropriate guidance. They were also completely accommodating when it came to our designated route and adjustments to our stops. Thank you very much!

The driver was a Japanese woman. Although she didn't speak Chinese, she tried her best to use translation software to introduce the scenery along the way and helped adjust the route so that I could complete my entire bucket list in just one day. Because I entered the wrong pickup address, I emailed the platform and promptly received a reply along with the driver's contact information. Highly recommended!

The local tour operator meticulously coordinated with the local car service and confirmed all the details. Although the driver didn't speak English, his service was excellent, making for a super enjoyable day.

We didn't receive the driver's information the day before, so we reached out and were told the driver would be holding a name sign in front of the aquarium at the airport. However, at the agreed-upon time, the driver was nowhere to be seen, so we went back to the international departures lobby to check (thankfully we had our doubts since the aquarium is in the domestic terminal). Indeed, the driver was already waiting there, so there seemed to be a communication gap. Fortunately, the driver was friendly and patient, and even proactively asked if we wanted to visit some nearby attractions along the way if we had time. Overall, it was still a positive experience.

This checkout page was recently modified. When booking before the trip, there was an item for over 4,000 NTD, which I changed to a Chinese-speaking driver for easier communication, increasing the total to over 6,000 NTD. However, we still got a Japanese-speaking driver, which increased our communication time and completely ruined our expectations for the chartered car tour. I am extremely dissatisfied with the arbitrary changes on the webpage. Next time, I'd rather not purchase anything on Klook to avoid conditions changing completely after checkout, with no accountability taken.
