• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• In the summer season, pack your own lunch or buy grab-and-go at Fairmont Hotel Cafe Lake Louise
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, attraction closures, or traffic issues.
• Visit Moraine Lake from June 1 to October 11. Alternatives will be Bow Falls or Banff Avenue and Lake Louise Village from Oct 12 - May 31 only.
• If your drop-off location differs from your pick-up location (designated locations only), or you are bringing luggage, please contact us at least 3 days before your tour.
• Please bring your own car seat for your child/infant
• In winter, crampons will be provided and use at your own responsibility

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 3-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children under 2 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
