Moraine Lake & Lake Louise Tour from Calgary, Canmore, Banff

The trip was smooth and great! My only suggestion wouldve been some more time at both lakes as it felt we could have spent more time at each. But overall would 100% recommend if anyone wants a half day long lakes trip!

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour! Everything was incredibly well-organized right from the start. A special and huge shoutout to our driver and guide, Kulinder. He was fantastic—extremely professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. He took great care of us throughout the entire trip and made sure we had a smooth, safe, and comfortable journey. His great energy really made our day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, and if you get Kulinder as your guide, you’re in for an amazing experience! 10/10!

The trip was good. on-time arrival and we had ample time in each lake.. The driver was good. overall, good tour.

As friendly and attentive their staff were, the actual service was not really good. They moved our original booking time, which I didn’t mind as much. But then they were late on the agreed pick up time. It wasn’t explained that there were multiple pick-up stops. There was a lack of communication or instruction on how or where to find them. They asked us if we needed car seats but what they provided were not fit for the bus seats and even more of a security risk! When we reached Moraine Lake, the park security warned that the pass/decal that the vehicle had was incorrect. Everybody was anxious we wouldn’t be allowed to proceed! Good thing the parks people were gracious and allowed entry that one time. The Lakes were amazing, no doubt, but the bus service was lacking.

Absolutely the worst. I never want to use this service again. They arbitrarily changed the schedule after 9 PM the night before, so I couldn't sleep and had to leave early. Then, on the way back, they told us to get off 5 minutes before our stop and take the next bus, and the bus just left. When I called their customer service, they told me to wait 2 hours, said there was nothing they could do, and suggested I go shopping. Their attitude was terrible. I specifically booked this trip because it was supposed to go directly to Calgary, and I was staying with family, far from any hotels. I booked it because it was supposed to go downtown, but everything was just awful. I even had reservations for Heritage Park in the afternoon, and that ticket money was wasted. Changing the schedule arbitrarily and giving only 5 minutes' notice is truly the worst. To make matters worse, when we finally got on the next bus, it went to the airport first, LOL. We, who had already waited so long, had to suffer through going to the airport before we could finally head downtown. It was already 7 PM. It took another 40 minutes to get home. We arrived after 8 PM, and the whole day was ruined. They said we could get off and look around Banff, but we already had a Banff tour booked for Wednesday, and all our Calgary plans were messed up, leaving me angry and very upset, ruining my entire day. I worked hard to get time off for this trip, and for it to turn out this badly, even one star is too much. I will truly never choose this service again. To have wasted an entire day like this, I hope only people traveling for at least a month or more choose this service. I wonder if I'll even get a refund.
