Notes and Admission Instructions

• Admission with a valid ticket to this exhibition will include a limited edition bonus and an admission gift. Please redeem these at the "Exhibition Entrance." Each ticket is limited to one redemption, and items are randomly distributed. Selection is not allowed, and exchanges will not be accepted after the exhibition ends.
• Each ticket is valid for one-time use only during the exhibition period and cannot be used for repeated entry.
• Lost, damaged, or torn admission stubs will be considered invalid. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds will not be issued. Please keep your ticket in a safe place.
• Those with concessionary, discounted, or free tickets should present their identification for verification by staff before entering. If eligibility requirements are not met, please purchase a ticket according to your status.
• For ticket refunds, requests must be made through the original point of purchase before the end of the exhibition (2026/02/01) and are subject to a 10% handling fee. Refunds will not be processed after the exhibition ends.
• Other ticketing regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket shall be handled in accordance with the Mandatory and Prohibited Items of the Standardized Contract for Arts and Culture Exhibition Tickets promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.
• To maintain smooth traffic flow, please park strollers outside the exhibition area. There are no cloakroom services available on-site. Please take care of your personal and valuable items.
• Please do not bring food, beverages, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas (except for elderly walking sticks), dangerous items, or contraband into the venue.
• Eating and drinking (including chewing gum and betel nuts), smoking, playing, running, hitting, and touching exhibits and display cases are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Compensation will be required for any damages.
• The use of flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited in all exhibition areas. Photography is not allowed in some areas. Please comply with the regulations of each exhibition zone. Commercial photography and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• This exhibition requires named reservations for admission. Please complete your reservation as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket to avoid affecting your viewing rights.
• The information required for named reservations is used solely for online reservations and on-site registration to verify personal data. The organizers will not retain any records, and the information will not be used for any other purpose.
• If you purchased multiple tickets through Klook, please present the "single ticket QR-Code" at check-in to avoid incorrectly canceling the entire order.
• This exhibition primarily uses online reservations for admission. If you have not completed a reservation, you can draw a standby number on-site. However, standby admission is not guaranteed, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
• To ensure the viewing quality for every visitor, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff during your visit. In addition, visitors with online reservations must check in on time according to their selected time slot to avoid affecting their viewing time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Re-entry to the exhibition is not allowed. After leaving the exhibition area to go to the merchandise area, you will not be able to return to the exhibition area.
• If you need to re-enter after leaving, please purchase another ticket and re-queue at the entrance. The commercial area (merchandise sales area) is only open to visitors with an “exhibition ticket.” Those without a ticket will not be allowed to enter for shopping.
• On-site staff will be stationed throughout the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you notice any suspicious individuals or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• Exhibition rules are subject to on-site announcements and explanations by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right of final interpretation.
• Any changes to exhibition opening hours, content, and regulations will be based on on-site announcements or the official fan page. The organizers reserve the right to interpret any matters not covered above.
