This trip to Hemu and Kanas in Altay exceeded all expectations! A special thanks to our butler, Xiaomin, for her meticulous arrangements—from itinerary planning to accommodation coordination, everything was incredibly well-organized, and she responded to our needs quickly and patiently, ensuring a worry-free journey. Our driver, Mr. Niu, was also a highlight of the trip: his driving skills were steady, he was familiar with every mountain road, he proactively helped with luggage, adjusted the car temperature, and provided thoughtful explanations of local customs and traditions along the way, making us feel safe and warm! The hotel experience was equally surprising: the Hemu log cabin offered views of snow-capped mountains and morning mist through the window, the Kanas accommodation was conveniently located and comfortably furnished, allowing us to gaze at the starry sky at night and admire the light mist in the morning, providing a fully immersive experience. The pace of the trip was well-balanced, leaving ample time to deeply experience the magnificence of the lakes, forests, and grasslands. Overall, the service was meticulous and attentive, the scenery was breathtaking, making it a truly perfect trip! Highly recommend it to travelers seeking quality; we will definitely visit Xinjiang again!

Accommodation choice: We stayed in a cabin for three nights, and the conditions were much better than expected. It had heating, a washing machine, a dryer, and disposable toiletries, and some rooms even provided bathroom slippers. However, it is recommended to bring your own filtered showerhead and humidifier, as the water is quite hard, and while the room is warm, it is also dry. Itinerary: The whole trip was unhurried. The driver never rushed us to get to the next attraction, and he rode the shuttle bus with us the whole way and took us to the hotel. Attractions: We visited all the classic sights, and seeing just these is more than enough. Transportation choice: The 1+1 vehicle is truly comfortable, with independent small windows and heated, massaging seats. Even the back row is not uncomfortable at all.

Tour Guide: I'd like to give a huge shoutout and positive review to our driver, Wang Menglin! He is a very steady driver and so warm and welcoming. Whenever we came across beautiful scenery along the way, he would remind us to take pictures, and he even helped take photos for us—he's actually quite good at it! When we ran into an issue with our room, he stepped in immediately to help resolve it. We are so grateful to him! Our travel butler, Doudou, also informed us of the itinerary a day in advance and offered great suggestions. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly.

We were very satisfied with this trip, from the meticulous answers from the Klook staff in the early stages to the travel agency arrangements. They also helped us arrange very satisfactory tour guides and butlers. A special thank you to A'du, the guide in Altay, and Dou Dou, the butler. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the itinerary, accurately controlled the time, and reasonably allocated routes, allowing us to see the most moving scenery and experience the most authentic local customs in the limited time we had. The guides were gentle and attentive, always able to keenly perceive the needs of each tourist, using patience to resolve doubts and a sense of responsibility to protect our safety, allowing us from all over the world to feel the warmth of home on a strange journey.
