Ticketing and Admission Notes
- Each ticket can only be used once during the exhibition period and cannot be reused. Tickets will be considered invalid if lost, damaged, or if the admission stub has been torn off. They will not be reissued, exchanged, or refunded. Please keep your tickets safe.
- Holders of concessionary tickets, special tickets, and free admission tickets should present relevant supporting documents upon entry. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Persons with disabilities who require assistance are limited to one companion. The person with disability and their companion must attend together, and those who do not meet the criteria will need to purchase a ticket for entry.
- To maintain smooth traffic flow within the exhibition hall, please park strollers outside the exhibition area. Please take care of your valuables. The exhibition hall does not provide storage services and is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your belongings and valuables.
- The use of flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Commercial photography and interviews are not allowed without prior permission. Please comply with on-site signs and staff instructions.
- There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. Please use the restroom inside the venue before entering the exhibition.
- Please follow the tour route, exhibition rules, and instructions of on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue in order.
- No playing, running, or eating is allowed inside the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or beverages into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited. Anyone who does not comply with these rules after being advised to do so will be asked to leave immediately without objection and will not be compensated or refunded the ticket price.
- Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous and illegal items are not allowed inside the exhibition hall. Bags larger than A3 size (42 cm long, 30 cm wide, and 15 cm high) must be checked in.
- Do not hit or touch exhibits and display cases inside the exhibition hall. Compensation will be required for any damage.
- On-site staff are available to maintain order within the exhibition hall. If you notice any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please notify the nearby staff immediately for assistance.
- If you need to re-enter after leaving, please have your hand stamped with a re-entry mark at the exhibition exit and queue again at the entrance. Re-entry is only allowed during the exhibition's opening hours on the same day. To visit the souvenir shop, you must first purchase a National Museum of History ticket and follow the on-site tour route from the exit to the souvenir shop.

- The Vienna Afternoon Tea for Two package ticket can be exchanged for a Vienna Afternoon Tea voucher at the entrance. The voucher can be used during the opening hours of the Vienna Restaurant during the exhibition period.
