【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as tardiness, getting lost, or feeling unwell), a refund will not be possible. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed group tour route, and you will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the entire trip. Parking is not permitted at locations other than the designated attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle model with a driver also acting as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the trip (in the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary pace, but the driver will focus on driving, and the commentary will be relatively brief).
• Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any additional pieces, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000/piece on the spot. Please be sure to make a note of this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• Registration for seniors aged 70 or older and pregnant women: No later than one day before departure, please request and sign a waiver from our staff via email at jingyu12333@163.com and return it to us to ensure travel safety.

【During the Trip】

• The stopping time at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to force majeure events such as traffic, weather, or crowds. In the event of delays or partial itinerary changes, refunds or compensation cannot be claimed on this basis. Thank you for your understanding of the uncertainties of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak periods. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as appropriate. Please be prepared for this and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group)
