the tour very well coordinated, zero hassle and flexibility was there. the guide was also very good.
biggest scam. the driver/tour guide couldn't speak or understand English. he was as clueless about Nuwara eliya as us. even to stop for lunch, he didn't know any places, we had to search on Google told him the way to some restaurant. when we called tour organizer, he casually changed the topic saying he will take you to places according to itinerary.
covered the gardens, tea factory, temple and the lake from 930am to about 330pm. lunch was a local buffet, it was satisfactory. the trip was abit shorter than expected but the guide was knowledgable. driver took us to the railway station before the trip so we could buy train tickets.
