Car service was excellent. They contacted me beforehand to confirm the service. Both pickup and dropoff were convenieny. Drivers arrived before scheduled time. Will definitely book again.
Driver can me on time and journey to Everland was smooth. Driver was friendly and helpful. Another driver was assigned to pick us back. He came on time. 👍
Both trips were hassle free. Driver was accommodating to allow us to change the pick up time. We changed the pick up time from everland too as the closing time was brought forward in winter. No problems in locating the driver on return. Was quite worried initially after reading some of the reviews.
This was a great idea for our small group rather than spending 2 hrs on public transport - the drive was around an hour and split between 5 of us worked out to be the same price as the public transport with much less hassle!!

i would really like to thank our driver..very punctual and is able to communicate in english. thts a bonus for us. only part tht i do not understand is tht for the return trip, i opted for 9pm. we were out from everland by 8.30pm and was safely seated in the car by 8.40pm roughly. however, driver said tht he can only drive off at 9pm sharp. its ok but just feel a bit weired tht he could not drive off bfore 9pm. but overall experience is smooth n well. thanks.klook!

We had a great time at everland and the entire day was very fun for us. The place is very out of the way so pairing it with your own private transport will be the most ideal
Driver whatsapp to confirm the pickup timing from everland. As the driver was able to speak english, there is no problem in communication. Overall a smooth drop off and pick up.
