The boat itself had comfy seats to sit on. . I noticed other companies had normal seating chairs on a higher platform. Entertainment was in Japanese but they had recorded commentary in English. Our MC was dressed as a werewolf. It’s a must do if you are in Osaka to say that you have done it and you can experience the billboards without the crowds. we had perfect weather for this experience and I am very grateful for this offering.
very nice river cruise, exclusive with great sites of Osaka on both sides. 5-6pm slot should be best to enjoy both day and night sights together
the coordinates for the meeting spot are: (34.6690853, 135.4982518). this was a great tour! I was solo and was able to ask other patrons for a photo. all the beauty of dontonburi with none of the crowds or stress. great music too! the last photo is of the meeting spot.
It was even more fun with the Naniwa Cruise mascot, the wolf. The cool breeze and vibrant lights make Dotonbori shine even brighter. It looks completely different from how it appears during the day~ I highly recommend taking the night tour! They thoughtfully stopped right in front of the Glico sign so we could take pictures. Thanks to that, I was able to get some great shots^^ It's about a 20-minute course, and I recommend it if you want to see Dotonbori's amazing signs and colorful neon lights!^^
This cruise experience was great. It is worth it especially at night when you see all the lights.
If it's your first time, we recommend visiting at sunset or at night for the best photo opportunities. For portraits, sunset is ideal, while nighttime is perfect for street photography.
