It was very foggy and raining below the mountain. Nevertheless, the experience was fantastic! Our english tourguide Jewell was very welcoming, accomodating, responsive and caring to their tourists. Be reminded of the meet-up time because they are really strict, though they're giving a few minutes grace period, it is nice to come on time. Will surely comeback and choose Limon as our guide to our next season Japan tour

My husband and I booked the Biwako Valley tour from Osaka OCAT, and Maria was our tour guide. She went above and beyond by assisting us with renting ski equipment, making our first-time skiing experience enjoyable, especially since we were completely new to it. Because of how great our first experience was, we booked a second tour with Limon, and we highly recommend them.

Took the bus at OCAT, Namba which is only 3 minutes from our airbnb. The journey from Osaka was about 1 hour 20 minutes. Biwako Valley also offers ski & snowboard courses. The rental locker is located at the base of the mountain, so make sure you got everything that you need before boarding the ropeway.

The booking process was seamless. The tour guides are friendly and accomodating. There are restaurants up there so you don' t have to worry about going hungry. Took about 5 minutes to reach the top by ropeway

If you come with a big group (we had 9 people in this trip), this package is very recommended. We just need to wait for the bus at Kyoto Avanti and the bus will bring us up to the resort and send us back to Kyoto in the evening. The guide is very helpful where she helped us to make the booking of the rental via online (she shared the QR code while we’re in the bus on the way to the resort). We had fun at Biwako. We even had the experience of a snowfall in the afternoon.

You need to do your research on how you can go to OCAT bldg or Osaka Shin station since the tour strictly adheres to the schedule. They gave 15 min extension for those who are late. To save money, bring winter shoes or shoes that have spikes so you won't easily slip on snow. Better bring winter jackets and water repellant pants so you can play on the snow for several hours. Food is quite pricey in the ski resort.

When we gathered in the morning at namba OCAT bld, we were informed that we weren't going to Biwako Valley because there was little ice, so the route was changed to Hakodateyama ski resort. the journey becomes longer to 3 hours. but when we reached the place it turned out to be really exciting. we take the cable car to go up the mountain. There's not as much ice up there as I thought. but our family is very happy to be able to play in the snow in Hakodateyama. Renting a ski suit is a must, because you can get wet if you wear a regular jacket and trousers.

everything was great! I was so confused with the instructions at first since it was our first time in Japan, but when we arrived at Namba OCAT, you can clearly see the Tourguide inside the station. Biwako Valley is so beautiful, as someone from a tropical country.. my son really enjoyed snow sliding. will sureley be back, Biwako!!!!
