My husband and brother do not enjoy dance theatre, but they were surprisingly entertained by this introduction to the cultural diversity of Indonesia featured in this high energy show. Have dinner first and then walk to the show. We walked from our hotel, and had an excellent dinner at The Royal Kitchen in the Bali Collection shopping centre. At 60 minutes it is a family friendly show with audience interaction, comedy and music. We were a small audience on a Wednesday night, but the backstage and onstage crew were highly professional with stunning choreography. Such good value for the price, its quality performance could easily be seen on stage in Australia. Please come one day!
the devdan show was spectacular the performance was amazing and really entertaining just hope they can switch on the aircond in the theatre a bit earlier because it was quite warm when we entered it only started to cool down later some guests even used paper as fans overall a great show and can still be improved from time to time 🎭✨
An impressive cultural delight, which explores Indonesia's rich and diverse culture and peoples through acrobatics, pyrotechnics and masterful choreography! this is a treat not to be missed, and you can even take photos with the performers after the show, thoroughly enjoyed it!
This is an experience not to be missed! We were surprised that the hall wasn’t full, but the show itself was absolutely breathtaking. We loved every bit of it—from learning about the people and culture of Indonesia through a thoughtful series of choreographed performances to the engaging interactions with the audience. I even got pulled up to dance with the dancers, which made the experience even more memorable! It’s definitely worth every moment. Just be sure to check their schedule in advance, as the shows aren’t performed every day.
Wow in one word. It's not to be missed experience in Bali, very close to Nusa Dua beach. Experience the culture and heritage of not only Bali but other parts of Indonesia, beautifully shown through dances by the local artists. There are few categories of tickets. We booked the B category of the tickets and the view was quite good. At the end of the show, you get an opportunity to take photos with few artists outside the theatre.
You should not miss it. Mesmerising it was I must say. After the show you can take pictures with the performers.Don’t get Welcome photos clicked if you donot want to pay 100k later. You can miss Kechak dance in Bali but not the Devdan Show.
Highly recommend the show. Our kids love to go there again 😝 They are professional and well-prepared. you are not allowed to take photos or videos during the show until they notice. If you buy VIP tickets, you can take photos with dancers on stage. for other cat, you can come out to photo point outside, but just within 10min after the show
This was an amazing experience. I purchased cat B tickets and we were seated 2nd row from the front. The energy and vibrant colours made the hour fly by. could've stayed for longer. Well worth the trip and a must add to any Bali trip.
Wonderful show. Not too long. Saved $12 a ticket with Klook. Cirque du Soleil type performance of traditional dances with fire, water and a little story. We had a nice time. C reserve seats were still comfortable with a good view.
It is an excellent show and a must watch. We watched on a wednesday and it was less than 50% occupied. we got the 500,000 IDR ticket and a row R seat which was perfect. Even the front row seats or the cheapest ones on left and right didnt seem like very bad seats. There is enough space between the front row and the stage. The show itself is lovely and an excellent presentation of the diverse Indonesian and Balinese culture. A must watch for anyone visiting Bali.
