- Due to objective factors such as climate, we recommend that you avoid making tight connections on the same day to prevent being unable to transfer normally. Tourists choosing a bus tour are also advised to stay overnight in Chengdu to avoid being unable to take the bus, train, or plane for the return journey. Our company is not liable for any losses incurred by tourists making tight connections locally, but we will do our best to assist tourists in handling related matters.
- In the event of force majeure, the tour guide may adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation. During the tour, if force majeure events occur (such as earthquakes, landslides, mudslides, heavy wind, snow, rain, hail, or government traffic control) that endanger the personal or property safety of tourists, or unexpected situations not caused by the travel agency, the travel agency shall explain the situation to the tourists in advance if it needs to adjust or change the itinerary agreed in the tourism contract. If it is impossible to explain in advance due to objective circumstances, it shall explain afterwards. Any additional expenses and losses incurred thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves. If the number of scenic spots is reduced, our company is responsible for refunding the agreed ticket price between the travel agency and the tourist.
- For the included experience programs listed in the itinerary, if tourists are unable to participate in the complimentary scenic spots or entertainment programs due to force majeure or their own reasons, the fees will not be refunded, and no other equivalent exchange will be made.
- Tourists shall ensure that their physical condition is suitable for participating in tourism activities and have the obligation to inform the travel agency of their own condition (such as any special medical history) as much as possible when signing the contract.
- Tourists must truthfully provide authentic personal identity information and must carry their ID card or other valid documents during the trip. If the trip cannot proceed or is hindered due to the tourist providing false identity information, no liability for breach of contract will be assumed, and we reserve the right to collect the expenses already incurred. Our company will not accept any subsequent disputes arising from this.
- The operational quality of the team is based on the quality tracking form as a true reference. If guests have any dissatisfaction, please specify it truthfully on the quality tracking form in order to handle the problem.
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety and carry your valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to improper personal safekeeping.
- You must bring valid identification documents with you when you depart. Tourists are responsible for any losses caused by failure to present valid identification documents, such as the inability to check in, take the train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from tourists' unauthorized actions.
- If tourists leave the group or change the itinerary on their own during the trip for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency will not refund any fees, and the tourists will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.�
