- Vehicle Qualification: Our company strictly selects commercial vehicles with legal operation qualifications. All vehicles have passed the annual inspection and regular safety inspections. Requests for designated vehicle types are not accepted.
- About Fellow Travelers: This itinerary is a group tour of 2-6 people nationwide (minimum of 2 people/maximum of 6 people). Due to the random grouping, we cannot pre-screen information such as age, gender, or region of fellow travelers. Special note: Tourists with special requirements for the social environment are advised to choose a customized chartered car service.
- About Single Room Supplement and Accommodation Arrangement Notice: Single male/female registrants can be exempted from the single room supplement if they accept the room sharing arrangement. The room sharing object only guarantees the same gender and does not promise specific information such as age, occupation, or region. For example: a single male tourist may share a room with male tourists or drivers of different age groups. Description of exclusive occupancy fee. If you insist on single occupancy, you need to make up the difference in the full room rate (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation rules for multiple people traveling together: If there are odd-numbered people traveling together (such as family/group), the travel agency will match the gender according to the available room sharing resources on the day. For example: when a family of three travels, if only a single male tourist is matched on the day, the male member of the family needs to share a room with him. Those who mind this should pay the single room supplement.
- About Accommodation: Since Xinjiang is still an underdeveloped area, hotels are very different from those in the mainland, especially in scenic spots, and can only guarantee cleanliness and hygiene. Even so, rooms are still in short supply during peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children sharing rooms alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children sharing rooms; if you travel alone with children, you must make up the single room supplement before departure or register the children as adults, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally.
- About Switching Seats: Carpooling is not a chartered car. To ensure the fairness of the itinerary, seats must be rotated every day!
- Driver-Guide Service: Drivers have limited cultural level and cannot provide professional explanations. For safety reasons, they may not be able to interact with everyone when driving attentively. Please understand this and prepare your travel guide in advance.
- Leaving the Group: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and only the expenses not incurred during the trip will be refunded to you. The car fare will not be refunded under any circumstances; because you have signed up for a group tour, the cost has already been incurred after the vehicle departs. If you leave the group midway, the vehicle needs to continue to carry other tourists on the group to continue the itinerary, and the car fare cannot be refunded. Please be aware of this.
- Preferential Policies: Active servicemen, retired soldiers, police officers, cadres aiding Xinjiang, disabled persons, college students, children under 1.2 meters in height, and other preferential certificates, please inform the sales or housekeeper when registering, and bring relevant certificates when traveling (if you do not bring them, we cannot help you purchase special discount tickets);
- Other Instructions: During the trip, if scenic spots are closed due to force majeure and cannot be visited normally, both parties will negotiate to cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the cost difference will be refunded or compensated on the spot;
- Pre-trip Reminder: You will receive a departure notice call or WeChat from the travel agency housekeeper or driver before 22:00 the day before the departure. Please pay attention and keep your phone open. If you do not receive any notice after 22:00, please contact the sales representative in time;
- The reference hotels listed in this product may not be available due to seasonal factors, room availability restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances. If it is necessary to change the hotel, the travel agency will confirm with the tourist before the trip. The specific hotel to be checked into shall be subject to the final confirmation. The travel agency promises that the environment and comprehensive evaluation of the replaced hotel will not be lower than the reference hotel standard agreed in the contract, but for hotels outside the reference list, the travel agency is not liable for breach of contract caused by its own fault.
