- If you plan to end the tour at Odawara Station and return to Tokyo by bullet train (with a ticket provided by the guide), please select the “Return with Bullet Train” plan.
- If you have your own Japan Rail Pass and prefer to return using it, choose the “Disband at Odawara or Hakone” plan and inform the guide on the day.
- Please note: The guide will not board the bullet train due to operational reasons, but they will give you all necessary instructions before departure.
- Allergies or Gluten Free: unfortunately we do not provide gluten free meals, but we can accommodate most of the allergy requests.
- We offer a Muslim-friendly meal (no pork or alcohol), but it is not halal-certified.
- Please understand that Mount Fuji may be obscured by clouds or humidity, and no refunds are offered in such cases.
- If road access to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station is blocked due to bad weather or traffic, the tour may visit alternate spots such as Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi, or Oishi Park. The route may change or skip stops due to traffic or time limits. Partial refunds are not given.
- Hakone Ropeway or Pirate Ship may be closed. We may substitute other sites like Lake Ashi Cruise, Hakone Shrine, Komagatake Ropeway, or Kawaguchi Cruise depending on conditions.
