Delivery information
- Delivery is available within Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Medan, and, Bali area city limits only
- For deliveries to Jabodetabek area, please select the Jakarta package
- Please book your SIM card at least 5 days prior to your travel date
- Please fill in your address and contact details at the checkout page
- Delivery will be using JNE Courier. Get your tracking number through the website and check the latest status of your delivery
Activation procedure
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you activate your SIM on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 9 Oct 21:00
- If you want to extend the validity of the SIM card, please contact the number listed on your voucher
- Please follow the instructions on the SIM card's physical package on how to activate it
Cancellation policy
- Refund can be requested for cancellations made prior to delivery of the SIM card by the operator.
- Once delivered, no refunds will be issued
- The SIM card will only be refunded in cases of operational issues. Delivery fees will not be eligible for refunds

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- This SIM card is capped at 500mb data at 4G speeds per day. Once you’ve exceeded your daily volume allocation, internet browsing speeds will drop to 128-256kbps. 4G speeds will return at 12:00 local time daily
- Important: Once the SIM card validity has been set by the operator, further changes or cancellations cannot be made. The operator will set up the SIM card as soon as the booking is created
- If the activation is delayed, please note that the validity period will not be extended

Very useful when using Google Maps & other searching purposes. It is best to activate it starting at 00.00 WIB or 01.00 JST so that you can access the internet as expected. I activated at 00.00 JST on the first day in Japan, which means it was still 23.00 WIB. In H10 I can no longer access the internet
