Activation procedure
- To start the device, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the device screen lights up.
- A flashing green light indicates the device is ready.
- When not in use, please turn off the device. Please long-press the power button (Power) for 2-3 seconds until the screen goes dark.
Pick-up information
- Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the device
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
- No deposit is required when collecting equipment; only credit card information is needed. If the equipment is lost or damaged, a compensation fee will be charged to the card. Please fill out the credit card information form at the collection counter.
Drop-off/return Information
- Late returns will incur late fees. Please pay for the additional rental days.
- Please return the device to the 24-hour drop-off box at the Youke Bang counter at Taoyuan International Airport / Kaohsiung International Airport.
- Due to adjustments in business operations, the Songshan Airport service counter will no longer provide "device return box service" starting today.
How to return during business hours:
- Please return the equipment to the counter for staff signature.
How to return outside business hours:
- Please bear the shipping cost yourself and return the device to a convenience store [7-Eleven; FamilyMart; Hi-Life]. It must be shipped on the day of return or by 17:00 the following day.

Reviews
Returning the Wi-Fi device at the airport is very convenient. You just scan a code, and returning the device itself is also easy; you simply drop it off at the original counter at the airport. The network reception is good, though occasionally when there are many people, the internet can be a bit slow. Overall, getting online anywhere in Japan was smooth!
The overall experience is good. I can even receive the signal when I take the ferry at sea. Although the signal is weaker at sea, it is already pretty good.
Nagoya Chubu International Airport is located in the sea, so the signal was not bad due to its remoteness! The next day, we went to Mino and Takayama area, and the signal was not affected. My travel companions used Chunghwa Telecom's roaming service, but it got stuck at the airport.
During our five-day trip to Tohoku, the internet connection was smooth in urban areas, but it frequently disconnected in mountainous regions, making it completely unusable.
Great to use! The device I rented this time lasted all day without needing a charge. I rented one two years ago for a trip to Japan, and I had to charge it once during the day, so maybe it varies from device to device. Besides having to carry the device around, overall it's convenient and the internet connection was solid. Plus, being able to pick it up and return it at the airport is a big plus. I recommend it.
