It's worth it! The Mati Temple is very beautiful, and the colors of Danxia are spectacular!
The driver was great. He was very polite and helpful. The ride was very comfortable. Communication with the agency before and during the tour great. They coordinated everything very well. I would highly recommend this option since it gives you the option to customize your trip without having to arrange for cabs yourself. You can take your time instead of being rushed by tour guides.
We visited Binggou Danxia Grand Canyon in the morning and Rainbow Mountains late in the afternoon. It took a while because we were traveling with my elderly parents, but the scenery was absolutely beautiful and it was a wonderful experience. I'm so grateful to our driver, Im, for waiting and being so considerate, even though it took a long time. He's a true travel expert, giving us lots of travel tips, and when we had a problem getting to the train station, he stayed with us until the end and helped us resolve it. I'm so thankful that he even checked in to make sure we arrived home safely after we returned to Korea. If you're traveling to Zhangye, be sure to use his services. Highly recommend!
