- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made the day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for late arrivals.

- We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for changes to the itinerary or cancellation of attractions due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather.

- If a visiting attraction is closed (requires a ticket), a refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
- Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The itinerary will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
- As the flower season/autumn foliage season is crowded, there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own light meals.
- The type of vehicle used will be dispatched according to the number of people who signed up on the day. If the number of people is less than 16, a small and exquisite tour will be arranged without a tour leader. The driver will serve as the tour leader throughout the tour, providing only Chinese guidance, but will not provide language services for attraction introductions. The bus seats will be arranged on-site and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the Lake Kawaguchiko Pleasure Boat Apallet is suspended due to force majeure factors such as weather, the official announcement will result in a partial refund, which will be changed to extend the stay at other attractions.
- During the autumn foliage period from November 1st to November 23rd, Oishi Park will be temporarily closed and will be changed to the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor.
- Due to the Kawaguchiko event on 2025/08/05 and 2025/08/16, Apallet will not be open for reservations, so please take a cruise on Lake Yamanaka instead.
