Chartered car service in Qingdao city/Laoshan/Huangdao

Booked chartered car trip for 7 pax from Qingdao to Laoshan. The response from China was very fast (within an hour). After confirmation, they requested for WeChat contact. Driver contacted the day before with reminder like to bring along passport and air tickets for discounted price to attraction. And to our pleasant surprise too, driver 小冯 provided super excellent and professional service. He knows Laoshan really well and made the whole trip relaxing yet informative, as he also has 导游证 (qualified tour guide). At a certain point of time, we decided to divert from our original plan as we ran out of energy to walk another a 50-min route. Within his mean (without violating the tour agency's guidelines), he managed to think of alternative solution and made our trip fulfilling. Side note, he took fabulous photos for us!! It's totally value-adding with the fascinating scenery at Laoshan.

The driver provided excellent service throughout the trip. Seeing that we were foreign visitors, he went above and beyond by helping us purchase tickets, giving useful recommendations, and suggesting great local restaurants. He made sure everything was smooth and convenient until we arrived back at our hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we were very impressed with his kindness and professionalism.

The vehicle was clean and the driver was friendly. Our itinerary was to take the cable car from Laoshan Yangkou to Qingshan Fishing Village and then to Taiqing Palace, but unfortunately, we couldn't ride the cable car due to the wind. Nevertheless, the sea and Laoshan were truly wonderful. Taiqing Palace, a Taoist temple, is also a great place to stroll around and explore at a leisurely pace.

We used this service during the Golden Week holidays in May. Anticipating the crowds, our driver planned the itinerary perfectly, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing comfortably while avoiding congested areas. We were extremely satisfied with their meticulous attention to detail and the many wonderful photos they took for us.
