This place is hidden but it was worth it! i had so much fun and the fact that it was an hour rental was perfect!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, the location is not recommended for an elderly because there's a lot of stairs before you reach the building with lift.

A very good Kimono rental experience, very accomadating staff, and love the pretty kimonos for photoshoots at shrines and gardens.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, a great experience once I found the location! The biggest issue was the lack of directions on Klook. I walked around for 15–20 minutes trying to find the business and ended up late to my reservation. Thankfully, the ladies were extremely kind and understanding. I highly recommend adding clear instructions that the business is on the 4th floor, including the unit number. WhatsApp communication would also make contacting the business much easier. I was very happy with the kimono dress-up and appreciated that they complimentary provided hair styling because of the trouble I had finding the location. My only disappointment was the limited kimono selection for my body type. I have a larger bust and hips, so finding something I loved that fit was challenging. Overall, the staff were sweet and accommodating, and I was very happy with how I looked! I’d recommend visiting in spring, as the multiple kimono layers can get very hot.
