The entire Klook and local chartered car arrangement was absurd. The driver was 20 minutes late, and when the local chartered car company contacted me directly, their attitude was frivolous, as if being late wasn't a big deal. They also said that being late wouldn't be a big deal, but the fact is that we barely made the high-speed train, thanks to the driver speeding up the entire way.
