• If there is a need for an independent group, the supplier will try to arrange it, but it is not guaranteed.
• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be used for more than 10 hours. Please be aware that overtime will incur fees (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen per hour).
• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the park may delay or change the operating hours of attractions or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some attractions and performances.

• The supplier will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested.
• During the team trip, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as your own abandonment, and no fees will be refunded. Any accidents that may occur after tourists leave the group or leave the group are their own responsibility.

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
