Osaka Car Rental with Driver to umeda/nara/kinkakuji/wakayama/Kobe

Mr Mike is the best! trip to day trip to Osaka and Kyoto was a blast! he is very friendly and gave us tips and showed points of interest during our ride. We had an unplanned interest to visit Uji to get Matcha, he was very kind to take us there. Mr Mike also suggested a place for lunch where locals eat, and it was one of the best meals we had in Japan! he was always guiding us on where we need to head on tourist spots and suggested areas that we can visit next time. the whole family had a blast, thank you Mr Mike! he also speaks english very well! we ended the day back in Osaka on time and with really enjoyed our trip. he was also always on time.

Our driver was Ms. Xiaoling. She was very punctual and attentive. She recommended we visit Taimadera Temple in the morning and Nara Park in the afternoon. This arrangement was excellent. The autumn leaves at Taimadera Temple were beautiful, and the Dharma dolls were super cute. When we arrived at Nara Park, to minimize walking for the elderly, she first drove us around. Then she took us to the most convenient parking spot. After seeing the sights, Ms. Xiaoling also introduced local shops and took us to shops near Nara to buy things. Before taking us back to the hotel, she told us how to get to the shops near Umeda. The most commendable thing is that after we left Japan, we discovered we had left something at the hotel. She helped call the hotel to inquire. This was definitely beyond the scope of her responsibilities. She definitely went way above and beyond. We are very grateful for her wholehearted service! Highly recommended.

We opted to book with a customized itinerary and it was the best choice for us. We had a grand time at Wakayama. While we didn’t finish the 10 hours booking because we already have to be at the airport for our flight back to home, the trip was maximized and we visited the desired destinations. Mike, our friendly and reliable driver made the drive secured and very worth it all!

i want to highly commend Mr. Mike Sung ous airport pick to the hotel and our driver tour guide. We want to thank him mostly for helping us during our difficult time in Osaka, Japan because our baby is sick and needs to go to a hospital during wee hours. He is very willing to help us find a clinic, call the clinic to reserve a slot for our baby to be check by a doctor, be a translator between us and the doctor, us to the nearest pharmacy to buy the medicines and drive as back to the clinic to return the prescription. After all of those he's still willing to continue with the remaining hours of our tour that same day. He's constantly checking on us and the condition of the baby. Even for the next day he is not our driver keeps on checking on us. He is very patient and would go extra miles to help. More blessings of abundance to you Mr. Mike Sung.

I travelled with elderly, who have restricted mobility. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our driver-Mike, was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to go to the places that we want to see, without any hassle. We went to Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Byodo-in in Uji and nearby areas.

The driver was excellent—very flexible and accommodating throughout the entire trip. We had planned several stops in Kyoto, and for the last location I honestly thought we wouldn’t have enough time to make it. I was ready to skip it, but he encouraged us to try since he knew we really wanted to visit. Thanks to his positive attitude and effort, we were able to enjoy every place on our list. He’s a great driver, and in the end it was really worth it.

We’re so glad we booked this 1-day (10-hour) private tour to Kyoto! We created a custom itinerary and managed to tick off every place on our list. Our driver, Mike, was absolutely fantastic—fluent in English, which made communication a breeze, and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting bits of history at each stop. He was also incredibly punctual, accommodating to our request and always ready for us on time. The car (an Alphard) was spotless, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our group of five. We were especially grateful for this choice since all the spots we wanted to visit were spread far apart, and the summer heat in Japan can be intense.
