- According to Japanese regulations, tour buses can be used for a maximum of 10 hours per day. If the day’s itinerary exceeds this time, the tour guide has the right to shorten part of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.

- This tour mainly provides commentary in Chinese. English and Korean-speaking staff are available. If needed, please indicate this in the "Special Requests" field when booking. (Please note that we cannot guarantee services in the requested language in all situations and the final arrangement will be determined by the company on the day of the tour.)
- Each traveler can bring one 29-inch suitcase free of charge. If you have luggage needs, please be sure to indicate this in the "Special Requests" field when booking. If you do not notify us at least one day in advance and bring luggage unexpectedly, the tour guide has the right to refuse you boarding, without refund, if it causes crowding in the vehicle or affects driving safety. - Driver as guide service: Intimate small groups of 1-13 people; Driver + guide service: Bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day.
- Participants may not leave the group midway through the tour or leave the tour on their own. If travelers choose to leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the itinerary, and no refund will be given for the uncompleted portion. Travelers are responsible for any accidents that occur after leaving the group.
- The transportation arrangements, visiting and stopping times involved in the itinerary will be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the day (such as traffic jams, weather, etc.). The tour guide may adjust the order of the tour as appropriate and with the consent of the passengers without reducing the number of attractions. Thank you for your cooperation.
- The tour guide will not contact travelers in advance. Please go to the meeting point on the day of the tour and look for the tour guide or staff wearing an "EASY GO" vest or holding an "EASY GO" flag to check in. Please cooperate with the tour guide's arrangements.
