Very disappointing experience – not recommended We booked a tour from Hurghada to Giza (pyramids + Grand Egyptian Museum), and it was poorly organised from the start. No one contacted us with the pickup time; we had to chase them via WhatsApp. The agent even demanded an extra £200 per person (we have screenshots) and avoided confirming the schedule until 11 PM the night before a 1 AM departure. Very stressful and unprofessional. The tour itself was also poor. The guide gave very limited information, and we spent too much time at uninteresting local shops that seemed commission-based. Meanwhile, the key sites were rushed: very little time at the pyramids and only about 1 hour at the museum, which is clearly not enough. Overall, disorganised, rushed, and focused on extra charges rather than the experience. Would not recommend.
