• First stop: Memorial Ship Mikasa One of the three major memorial ships in the world, it was the flagship of the Combined Fleet during the Russo-Japanese War. The ship fully preserves the scenes of the war period, vividly reproducing the naval history of the early 20th century.
• Second stop: Cruise at Yokosuka Naval Port Take a sightseeing boat to observe the U.S. Navy Seventh Fleet Base and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force facilities up close. Common ships include Aegis destroyers and amphibious assault ships. If you are lucky, you can also see the spectacular scene of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers entering the port.
• Third stop: Tiger Bando Shopping Street Dobuita Street It is a small street full of exotic style and a fusion of American and Japanese culture. It became popular because of the game “Yakuza”. At the end of the street, there is a “U.S. Navy Recruiting Station” and a “tank obstacle” from the World War II period.
• Fourth stop: Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse It was built in 1911 as an important national cultural property. It was originally a customs bonded warehouse and retains the original fire doors, cargo slides and other industrial elements.
