Daemyung Vivaldi Park Accommodation / Snowyland / Ski World Voucher

ur 1st ski trip! 2D1N ski package. We chose the pick up point at Hotel The Designers Dongdaemun. Mr. K is good and responsible tour guide. (5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him) All well communicated for pick up, drop off and even he was there for me when I have issue on my baggage storage on the 2nd day.(after hotel checkout & the hotel lockers were fully occupied) Just that the rental for ski outfits design kind of ugly. 🫤🫤 SONO SKI PARK is good… kids and I enjoyed and had great fun there!

Mr K was a great guide throughout the trip. He kept us all entertained on the bus with his humour and ensured we were prepared for the day. At the end of the first day, we went to the bus to collect our bags and K had already checked us into our room and made arrangements with the team for how we get our pass for the next day. The other members of the team met us and were also super efficient at the ski school. thank you to the S.A. Team. The room we stayed in was so nice, clean and comfortable. it was great to be so close to the ski resort!

We had a very pleasant experience with our tour lead and snowboarding instructor - Mr. K as he communicated throughout and always answered any questions promptly. We are snowboarding noobies, and we appreciate Mr. K for being extremely patient and taught us different techniques which allow us to improve and enjoyed the sport during the short span of time. Highly recommend to do 2 days at Vivaldi Park with this package/tour group and sign up for private coaching with Mr. K if you get to meet him.

Overall it was a great trip. We did the 2 days (1 night) at Vivaldi park. Our guide Mr. K was very helpful and informative. He addressed all of our concerns and we felt taken care of throughout the entire trip. It definitely relieved any stress compared to if we would have experienced planning it ourselves. They told us where to go, what to expect, and tips on how to make the experience very enjoyable. We had Hugo as our ski instructor and he was very fun and helpful. He taught us the basics to get comfortable skiing. All of the guides and instructors were very patient and helpful. I definitely would recommend using this company!

Zero is a great tour guide, she’s sweet and helpful with arranging our accomodation. All of the coaches including Zero, Liu and Zoe are very professional.

Thanks to Jordan and K, the two tour guides/coaches, for their assistance. The whole trip went smoothly. Next time I have the opportunity, I will ask SATour to help arrange a trip to Korea!

very good experience, convenient pick up & drop off locations

2D1N package, started with a transfer via pickup at Dongdaemun. Prep work and entrance to Vivaldi is well planned by Coach K and the team. learnt the basic of skiing and had 2 days of skiing using the entrance and lift pass.

Great trip, the tour guide is also excellent, the place to take the bus is easy to find. Although it is early, I can still catch up on sleep in the car. Skiing is tiring but fun!
