【Pre-Trip Information】

• Please be sure to arrive on time: If you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons (such as tardiness, getting lost, or feeling unwell), no refunds will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This tour is a fixed route group tour. You will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the entire trip. The vehicle will not be able to stop at locations outside of the designated attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the explanations will be relatively brief.)
• The day before your departure, between 16:00 and 22:00 Japan time, we will send you detailed information about the tour guide and vehicle via email. Please be sure to check your email in a timely manner. During peak tourist seasons, there may be a slight delay in sending the email. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the last one you received.

【During the Trip】

• The time spent at each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, crowds, or other force majeure factors. We are unable to provide refunds or compensation for delays or partial itinerary changes. We appreciate your understanding of the uncertainties of travel.
• Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The driver/guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as needed. Please be prepared for this and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any damage or soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please help us create a comfortable riding environment.
• If you leave the tour on your own or leave the group midway after the tour has started, it will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of service and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group.)
