• The total duration of the car charter service is 10 hours. The last service time is at 20:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the sights
• The Reference Routes are suggested itineraries only. You may customize your own route for any of the packages
• A passenger, regardless of age (including infants), must occupy a seat
• Please note that the operator can provide only up to 2 child safety seats per vehicle for a cost. If you need a child safety seat, please book it separately
• Please note that one child seat occupies 1.5 seats inside the vehicle
• There is space inside the vehicle for luggage, including wheelchair
• The operator will send the driver information to you one day before the departure (no later than 3 hours before the car is used). Please make sure to check the contact method you indicated at the check out page for any update
• Please note: The driver can only speak basic English, but there will be an online staff to help fulfill English service
• Service area: Within 100km from your hotel
• Service hours: 08:00-20:00, daily

Surcharge table

• The pick up and drop off range is only within Sapporo. If your pick up and drop off point is outside of this range, a surcharge of JPY10,000 will apply. You can book surcharges directly under Package Options
• Overtime service fee: If the service time exceeds 10 hours or service is rendered during 20:00-22:00, a surcharge of JPY5,000/hour will apply (less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour)
• If the return trip is overtime due to traffic jams, there is no need to pay any overtime fee
• Excess kilometer fee: When the total journey goes over 300km, JPY400/km will be charged
• If the overtime fee and the excess kilometer fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged
• Once you have booked your charter, the operator will reconfirm the amount in advance and will be in touch to notify you of your applicable surcharges. Surcharges can be book directly
